I Read a Book Called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico
As a fitness coach, I don’t get easily impressed by testosterone books. Most of them just recycle the same “lift heavy, eat more, sleep better” advice. So when I first heard about Testo Genesis Protocol by some guy called Angelico, I didn’t expect much. Just another overhyped PDF, right?
Wrong.
What started as casual curiosity quickly turned into one of the most eye-opening things I’ve ever read. The book doesn’t just talk about testosterone, it dissects it. It dives deep into the systems, habits, and even mental patterns that either build or quietly destroy your hormonal edge. It wasn’t motivational fluff, it was strategy, backed by real explanations, hard truths, and tactics you don’t hear in mainstream advice.
Before reading the book, my testosterone level was around 720 ng/dL. Decent, above average even, but I felt like I was underperforming. My energy dipped midday, workouts felt less explosive, and mentally, I was coasting. After implementing what the book laid out — step by step — my most recent bloodwork came back at 890 ng/dL. I’m officially in the elite range, and I feel it. Focus, aggression, drive, all of it turned up. No pills. No BS. Just lifestyle domination.
But this book wasn’t just about physical improvement. It reconnected me with something primal. A mindset. A discipline. A hunger. It made me rethink how I eat, sleep, train, and even how I handle stress and competition. It’s not a book you read once, it’s something you keep nearby as a tactical manual. I didn’t just get my testosterone up, I leveled up across the board.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, passive, or just not like yourself, this book might be the wake-up call you need. I didn’t expect it to change much. Now I consider it one of the most important books I’ve ever read. And the best part? It’s not motivational — it’s unapologetically effective.
